Shipping Timeframes

Items are generally dispatched within the 72 hours after payment is cleared.

The shipment timeframe will vary depending on the shipping option selected at checkout and your location. Please see the table below for more information on shipping timeframe. Note that the estimated delivery is not inclusive of the date of dispatch:

Please understand that shipping timeframes to Western Australia will vary.

Your item will be sent via courier or Australia Post letter mail depending on its size and weight. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with a unique tracking number (sent via email once shipped) for orders sent with tracking. Orders that have been sent with Free untracked Shipping will be sent as lettermail and will not be tracked.

While many spare parts are stocked in Australia, we may need to order certain parts from the supplier on your behalf. Whilst most ordered parts arrive within 15 days, a small number of difficult to order parts may require up to 8 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Terms and Conditions

Shipping times are estimates only and Remote Pro accepts no responsibility if delivery exceeds the estimated shipping time; extreme weather events, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances may impact on delivery times.

Please note orders sent to parcel lockers and parcel collect locations that classify as letters will in most cases be redirected to the physical address associated with your MyPost account.

Please note shipping costs are not refundable specifically if the items are returned or do not arrive within the estimated transit times.

Remote Pro is not responsible and will not provide any reimbursement if your order is lost due to an incorrect address being provided or if you have requested an authority to leave or instructions requesting the item to be left and the item is stolen, or you are unable to locate the item.

Buyers have the full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address and mobile phone number on the checkout page before payment. Any changes to address after checkout will not be considered as valid but if notified prior to dispatch we will do our best to apply any changes to your delivery information. If the wrong address was provided and the order has already been dispatched, it will be unable to be redirected. If the order has made its way back to Remote Pro, it can be resent to the correct address once shipping costs have been paid.

Please note: Shipping costs may vary depending on the weight/size of the product and if delivering to rural regions.

Australia Post Deliveries

Where goods are sent through Australia Post, the buyer may receive a knock on the door or a card in their letterbox indicating their item is available for pickup from their local post office. A signature is required for collection.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are returned due to incorrect delivery address or failure to collect from the Post Office.

Most smaller orders will be sent as regular letter mail which does not require signature and will simply be placed into your letter box.

Courier Deliveries

All items sent via courier will be able to be tracked online and a tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been dispatched. We use a combination of Australia Post and Fastway Couriers depending on your location. Items will only be delivered during normal business hours (9am-5pm) on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.

A re-delivery fee will be charged to buyers for items that are undeliverable and/or returned due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful delivery.

Shipping Insurance

Shipping Insurance can be purchased at checkout and is available for all shipping options. This clause is subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to limit any rights you may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).

Shipping insurance will cover your order, up to the value of a maximum of $150 in the event the order has been lost or damaged in transit. For shipments with tracking, if the shipment tracking indicates the item has been delivered, the shipment is not able to be claimed as lost.

You must notify us in writing of any intended transit warranty claim (“Transit Warranty Claim”) to sales@remotepro.com.au and then submit a completed Transit Warranty Claim form within the following time limits:

Where the Receiver has indicated in writing that loss or damage has occurred in respect of the Goods, provide notice of intention to claim within 14 days from the date of dispatch and the Transit Warranty Claim form within a further 14 days of providing the notice of intention to claim;

Where the Receiver has acknowledged that the Goods have been Delivered and received in good order and condition, provide notice of intention to claim within 7 days from the date of Delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Address and the Transit Warranty Claim form within a further 7 days of providing the notice of intention to claim;

In respect of Transit Warranty Claims for non-delivery, provide notice of intention to claim within 14 days after the date of despatch and the Transit Warranty Claim form within a further 14 days of providing the notice of intention to claim.

Exclusions

Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, Transit Warranty does not apply, and we are not obliged to pay you any amount for a Transit Warranty Claim under the Transit Warranty:

If you claim that the Goods are Lost and we are in possession of a POD document for the consignment;

If the Goods have been returned to us

If we were not responsible for the total Delivery of the Goods to the Delivery Address

If the Delivery Address is a post office box, roadside drop or postal mail box;

If the damage is caused by or to Goods are Lost due to a Force Majeure Event;

If you claim that the Goods are Lost and the Goods were Delivered unattended in accordance with an Authority to Leave
