As an upgrade version of K12, the K12 PLUS has all functions of K12 smart key box while adapted to more usage scenarios and make smarter life.

The K12 PLUS transforms into a portable key safe by installing the special designed shackle which enlarges interior space improve your keys and property management.

If you wish to install it on a stable position like walls, it will be a solid and smart stationary safe box.

4 pieces of AAA batteries are required for K12 Plus to start functioning. These batteries will ensure 1 year of power supply to your K12 Plus due to our low power consumption designed. When the batteries are running out of power, you can power up via the Type-C power input port at the bottom to put-in new batteries, then the K12 Plus will back to its normal functioning status.

Various unlocking methods allows K12 Plus ideal for multiple purposes. Besides unlock the K12 Plus with pass code input via buttons, you could also unlock it by Omconnect App via Bluetooth connection. For some special circumstances which visitors needs instant access to your properties while you are not at home, you could send them a dynamic pass code generated by the Omconnect App and grant them access.
