We usually dispatch orders within one business day of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, ranging from 1 to 10 business days. If your chosen shipping option includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your email for updates and refer to the shipping information below.

Option 1 - Free Shipping: No tracking number included (5-10 business days delivery, excluding WA)
Option 2 - Tracked Shipping: Tracking number included (1-5 business days delivery)
Option 3 - Express Shipping: Tracking number included (1-3 business days delivery)
Option 4 - Premium Shipping: Tracking number included (1-2 business days delivery, includes same business day dispatch before 1pm)

Please ensure you select options 2, 3 or 4 at checkout if you wish to receive a tracking number for your order. If you select option 1 at checkout, you will not receive a tracking number. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team will promptly begin processing it. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, as cancellations can only be accommodated within a limited time frame before dispatch. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Our operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM AEST.

For orders with less than 8 items or if you have selected the “Free Untracked Shipping”, orders will be sent via Australia Post, classifying these as large letters for convenient delivery directly to your mailbox, no signature required. All other orders will be sent via Australia Post or Fastway, with a signature required upon delivery for added security.

Yes, we ship to Australian PO Boxes. However, please note that parcel lockers cannot receive lettermail. Therefore, for deliveries to parcel lockers, we recommend selecting our tracked shipping option to ensure smooth and secure delivery.

Absolutely! We offer convenient pickup options at our store. You can collect your items anytime between 7 AM and 3 PM, Monday through Friday. Our store is located at Unit 1/50 Proprietary Street, TINGALPA QLD 4173. Please understand that public holidays may affect these hours.

To guarantee compatibility, please confirm that your original remote is shown in the main image and that your motor's make and model are included in the compatibility list provided in the description. If you have any doubts or need further clarification, don't hesitate to reach out to us for assistance. We're here to help!

To assist you more effectively, kindly email us a photo of your original remote along with the brand and model number of your motor. Please send your details to sales@remotepro.com.au, and we will be ready to help you further.

Rest assured, all your existing/original remotes will continue to function seamlessly. Adding a new remote through programming does not interfere with or delete any of your previously existing remotes.

The remote that you will receive is being pointed to by arrows if it is a compatible remote or pictured on its own if it is a genuine remote.

Genuine Remotes: These are the original remotes manufactured by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM). They are designed, produced, and sold by the brand that made the original device.

Compatible Remotes: Compatible or Aftermarket remotes are produced by third-party manufacturers and not by the original brand. They are designed to work with specific devices, mimicking the functionality of the original remote. While they are not made by the OEM, they are engineered to work the exact same. The build quality, design, and functionality can vary from the original design of genuine remotes, and they might offer additional features. Compatible remotes are often more cost-effective than genuine ones.

Certainly! While it's unlikely to find a single remote universally compatible with all motor types, a feasible solution is to add a receiver to one of your motors. This modification allows one remote type to control multiple motor units. Please reach out to us, and we'll work with you to find the best solution tailored to your needs.

Many of our remotes come with a blue protective film on the front, designed to prevent scratches during handling. Simply peel off the film to reveal the metal finish beneath.
