We have multiple shipping methods, 3 of which include tracking numbers, 1 of which is untracked.

Option 1 - Free Shipping: Untracked (5-10 business days delivery, excluding WA)
Option 2 - Tracked Shipping: Tracked (1-5 business days delivery)
Option 3 - Express Shipping: Tracked (1-3 business days delivery)
Option 4 - Premium Shipping: Tracked (1-2 business days delivery, includes same business day dispatch before 1pm)

Please ensure you select options 2, 3 or 4 at checkout if you wish to receive a tracking number for your order. Orders sent with option 1 will not include a tracking number.

For orders with less than 8 items or if you have selected the “Free Untracked Shipping”, orders will be sent via Australia Post, classifying these as large letters for convenient delivery directly to your mailbox, no signature required. All other orders will be sent via Australia Post or Fastway, with a signature required upon delivery for added security.

Yes, we ship to Australian PO Boxes. However, please note that parcel lockers cannot receive lettermail. Therefore, for deliveries to parcel lockers, we recommend selecting our tracked shipping option to ensure smooth and secure delivery.
