We typically dispatch orders within one business day from the date of purchase.

The delivery time varies based on the shipping service chosen at checkout, ranging from 1 to 10 business days. You'll likely receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email, so please check your emails for ongoing shipping updates. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once you've placed an order, our warehouse team will quickly begin packing it. If you need to cancel, please reach out to us immediately, as there is only a limited time from which we can accommodate cancellations, orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched. Be aware that our operating hours are from 7 AM to 3 PM AEST.

Once you've placed an order, our warehouse team will quickly begin packing it. If you need to update the address, we have a limited timeframe to modify it. Unfortunately, if your parcel is already on its way, we cannot alter the shipping address.
