Order Queries

After placing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you used at checkout. If you don't find it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. If you encounter any issues or need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact us!

We usually dispatch orders within one business day of purchase. Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, ranging from 1 to 10 business days. If your chosen shipping option includes tracking, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your email for updates and refer to the shipping information below.

Option 1 - Free Shipping: No tracking number included (5-10 business days delivery, excluding WA)
Option 2 - Tracked Shipping: Tracking number included (1-5 business days delivery)
Option 3 - Express Shipping: Tracking number included (1-3 business days delivery)
Option 4 - Premium Shipping: Tracking number included (1-2 business days delivery, includes same business day dispatch before 1pm)

Please ensure you select options 2, 3 or 4 at checkout if you wish to receive a tracking number for your order. If you select option 1 at checkout, you will not receive a tracking number. If you have any questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Once your order is placed, our warehouse team will promptly begin processing it. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately, as cancellations can only be accommodated within a limited time frame before dispatch. Please note that once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible. Our operating hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM AEST.

If you need to update the shipping address, please note that changes can only be made within a limited timeframe before your parcel is dispatched. Unfortunately, we cannot modify the shipping address once the parcel is in transit.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details and the correct address. We are committed to assisting you to the best of our ability.

In the event that we have sent you the incorrect item, please use our return portal and choose the reason "I have not received the item(s) I have ordered". After submitting your return request, we will keep you informed about the status and outcome.
