Installation Notes
- Check that your garage door has vertical tracks suitable for the slide bolt to engage into
- Make sure the area where the bolt locks into the track is clear and unobstructed
- Mount the deadlock level and flush so the bolt slides smoothly
- For double garage doors, fitting one on each side may provide better security
- Always disengage the deadlock before using a motorised garage door opener to avoid damage to the door or motor
