When the W202/W204/W207 ESL is damaged, you will need to use this product with a VVDI MB BGA tool to renew, then use MB BGA tool to reprogram key.
This ELV (ESL) Adaptor is required to find passwords and program keys for W204 chassis. The ELV adaptor is used for taking OEM steering locks and resetting them so they can be reused. It also has the 705 sockets on the board for reading older MBZ keys for the password.
